Carlos Sarseno’s passion for cooking was born in Guatemala in 2002, surrounded by authentic flavors and the warmth of family. In 2004, he emigrated to the United States, where he began working at a Guatemalan restaurant, keeping his connection to his homeland alive. By 2006, he decided to broaden his culinary horizons and ventured into the world of Mexican cuisine. Since then, Carlos has dedicated nearly twenty years to perfecting his craft, bringing heart and lifelong experience to every dish.

 

Today, at Taquería Fronteras 1, Carlos fulfills his dream of sharing a unique culinary proposal that blends the best of Mexican, Guatemalan, and Latin American traditions. Every dish reflects his dedication, his story, and his love for great food. A place where flavors know no borders!
